Recipe #9 Fettuccine With Creamy Tomato Sauce

Fettuccine With 
Creamy Tomato Sauce




Bahan :

2 porsi Fettucine

1 buah tomat (potong kotak)
1/2 buah tomat (cincang halus)
3/4 bawang bombay (potong halus)
2 siung bawang putih (cincang halus)
oregano kering
jeruk lemon
parsley (cincang halus)
200 ml susu full cream

Cara Mambuat :

Milk Based

1. Panaskan susu

2. Tambahkan sedikit oregano kering, 2 buah bawang putih utuh, sedikit garam, dan sedikit gula.

3. Panaskan hingga mendidih, lalu sisihkan



Grilled Tomato*

1. Panggang tomat yang dipotong kotak hingga timbul bau hangus khas bakaran, lalu sisihkan


Notes :

* Tomat bisa dipanggang di griddle pan atau pan biasa. sedikit tips untuk memanggang di pan, panaskan pan hingga mengeluarkan sedikit asa lalu masukan sedikit minyak lalu masukan tomat. Proses pemanggangan ini berfungsi untuk mengintensifkan rasa tomat, menghilangkan rasa mentah saat dimasak nanti, menambah aroma bakaran saat dicampur dengan pasta nya nanti



Pasta

1. Tumis bawang bombay dan bawang putih hingga wangi dan layu

2. Masukan susu (milk based), grilled tomato, tomat yang dicincang halus. panaskan hingga mendidih, lalu kecilkan api.

3. Masukan pasta, bumbui dengan garam, sedikit gula, sedikit perasan jeruk lemon dan lada.

4. Tunggu hingga saus mengental dan surut sambil sesekali diaduk.
